excellent when ever I bring my car in for service everything is completely done. John review the things that was done before I pay my bill. I scheduled an appointment for routine service on my escalade around 5k miles at Rizza. My wife later brought the vehicle back home and everything appeared fine at first glace. They told my wife it was escalade around 5k miles at Rizza. My wife later brought the vehicle back home and everything appeared fine at first glace. They told my wife it was washed, but the rear tailgate was filthy. Two days later, I drove the vehicle and discovered that the mechanic did not keep the tire pressures at the psi my wife had requested. After attempting to add more air, I realized that the mechanic had rotated the tires. However, the mechanic did not use the tool to relearn the tpms sensors. I called the dealership and asked to speak with the service writer john...went to voice mail...then called back and asked to speak to the service manager, steve...went to voice mail...i called back again and told the woman i would be there within 15 minutes....i informed their service dept, which was at ghost town at 415pm on a tuesday that i wanted the tmps sensors relearned. She could not find a mechanic and ended up using the tool herself. I explained that I would not be back again...the poor wash, wrong tire pressures and forgetting to reprogram the tpms sensors after the rotation...the woman attempted nothing to try to correct the issues other than to say, I understand....what exactley does Rizza understand? That there is a line of other customers waiting to be screwed over that won't notice the service dept/mechanics blunders? I will never be back. No stars. However, they did manage to change the oil. More
