Very Good I have always had very good customer service with Rizza Cadillac and the service department. They are professional and friendly, listened to our needs I have always had very good customer service with Rizza Cadillac and the service department. They are professional and friendly, listened to our needs and concerns, and always worked well with us from the purchase on thru service. I would definitely recommend Rizza to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

The experience was good for the most part. The only problem was it was unclear on how the system works for pulling up. I was told to go to the Cadillac building for the oil change when it was really th problem was it was unclear on how the system works for pulling up. I was told to go to the Cadillac building for the oil change when it was really the Buick side. There were some service attendants coming up to help people but no one came to me. I didn’t want to leave my car outside with the keys in it with the fear someone could steal it. The garage there is so small so it fills with cars within seconds. There needs to be a better system with that. Besides that, the guy at the desk, John, was awesome to work with. Very friendly and knowledge. That made up for the confusion with figuring out where to pull my car at. More

John Howard (Service) always takes good care of me when I bring in my 2017 Encore Sport Touring. I love the service car that will take you to a nearby mall or restaurant. The wash at the end of service is an bring in my 2017 Encore Sport Touring. I love the service car that will take you to a nearby mall or restaurant. The wash at the end of service is an added bonus!
