bought a lambo from them sight-unseen john hrad was very pleasant to work with and also efficient and honest, the only thing he could have done better is perhaps call me at my office when john hrad was very pleasant to work with and also efficient and honest, the only thing he could have done better is perhaps call me at my office when he said he would, although i do understand there is a 1-hour time difference i haven't received my car yet, as i didn't bother flying out to dallas from NYC, i just hired an inspector, who was the same one that john used once to inspect a sports car he was buying for himself. clearly there is a potential for a conflict-of-interest since i used the inspector that john recommended, but this does indicate the level of trust i have for john the inspector found out that the mechanism to close the convertible top was a bit misaligned, so john had the mechanics disassemble it and bend it back so now it is much more aligned, still not perfect but instead of being off by a noticeable 3/4" it is now off by only 1/4" which isn't really very noticeable and doesn't affect the operation (which wasn't even affected when off 3x more) he also agreed to replace all filters and top off all fluids and change the oil and provide a new oil filter, and also furnish a car cover bc the old one "went missing" sometime during it's ownership overall, very pleasant to deal with, although i won't get my car until may so ask me later for more complete feedback once i actually get and drive my lambo!:) More
