The car was held for nearly one week while I vacationed in Canada. Upon my arrival in Dallas I was pleased to see the car and supporting documents were exactly as described. The car drove like new. It could not have been any easier or straightforward. By chance, my salesperson was John Hrad, who I found out, has been with the dealership for ten years. John does not fit the stereotypical used car salesman, being reliable, honest, and very easy to deal with! John arranged the pickup of my trade at my home and the delivery of the new car, and all with not a problem, right on time. Even a few follow up phone calls with questions, john has always been available and forthcoming with the answers and explanations. Five star experience! I have given his name to friends who have similar car interests. More

I knew immediately that this would be an honest and simple transaction, and Louie and John made it very easy and comfortable. It helped that I purchased from a Lamborghini dealership, which one expects good service, and the advertisement photos were detailed and perfectly captured the vehicles condition. I felt these two gentlemen went beyond, with quick responses to all my questions, and sent me additional pictures as requested. Paperwork was flawless, and vehicle delivery was taken care of in house. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism - well done gentlemen! More

These cars have ranged from hybrids to exotics, and have included: BMW, AUDI, MB, MINI, TOYOTA, HONDA, ACURA, MASERATI, INFINITY, and McLaren. All of these cars were purchased new from Dealerships, local to the Southern California area, except one: Lamboghini Dallas, which is the subject of this review. I am pleased to report that from the initial contact I made, to the numerous subsequent communications with Lamborghini Dallas, I was consistently given superior customer service from highly knowledgable sales associates and managers. It felt as though these guys were next door, ready to answer any question, address any concern, or provide easy solutions to a transaction involving a $200K car. I received better service and respect than I garnered from the local Audi dealership (from which I purchased an R8), and yet we never met in person. Every detail was brilliantly worked out by the team in Texas and I will without reservation purchase from them again. Thanks guys! More
