I reached out to John Hrad, who from the moment we first spoke treated me like an old friend. John was extremely knowledgable, patient and fair when it came to composing my deal for the Gallardo. I currently reside in the North East when there are 3 Lamborghini dealerships within 30 miles of me. After calling around and shopping around I strongly feel that Lamborghini Dallas treated me better then all three of those local dealers combined. I traded in a 2011 Audi R8 and they were extremely fair on the trade value of my car. Everything that John said would be done was completed to a tee! While I have bought other cars from Lambo Dallas before, it took me 4 years to purchase my Aventador Roadster from the time the dealership flew me out to California via private jet for a preview of the Aventador. They were patient and exceptional to work with through the buying experience. If I could buy every car I want to buy going forward through Lamborghini Dallas, I would be thrilled! John made my entire experience both pleasant and enjoyable. John's great knowledge was an asset that became an ongoing education for me. My adventure spanned eight months with John educating me as we went along answering my many questions. Often patiently having to repeat previous information I had forgotten or miss understood. John never rushed or pushed me in any specific direction. He just gave me my options and the facts, and alerted me of opportunities as they came up. Never was there any pressure. John was always patient and sensitive to my needs and requests. He allowed several drives and many face to face and phone conversations. Always with a great attitude. I cannot recommend John and the Dealership more highly to anyone interested in a Lamborghini or any other exotic that passes through their doors. Overall experience was great. Customer service was great, everyone was nice, and I was never given a hard time despite the almost full year it took me to purchase my lamborghini. I gave the Quality of work a everyone was nice, and I was never given a hard time despite the almost full year it took me to purchase my lamborghini. I gave the Quality of work a 4 because there were some aesthetics on the vehicle had I not found myself, would not have been addressed prior to my purchase. Also the same day I brought the car home, the check engine light came on. It scared me, but after a quick trip back to the dealer, everything was fine. Although I would have given friendliness a 5 Overall, it received a 4 because first impressions are what matter most and the first time I had come about a year ago I don't think I was taken too seriously. I can't complain about the price, I got a good deal. More
