John sold me my first Porsche in 1997 and has kept in touch over the years, in a great way - By keeping up to date and trends and new models. I sold my business in February and my dream Lamborghini Ga touch over the years, in a great way - By keeping up to date and trends and new models. I sold my business in February and my dream Lamborghini Gallardo in the very rare color Rosso Almadena (a miracle he found one, but he did!!) showed up at my house in late March! Great job!!! More

I had been looking for my preferred Maserati combination and over an 8 month period and after getting to inspect cars advertised I was disillusioned. So when I saw the exact Maserati GranSport Spyder I was and over an 8 month period and after getting to inspect cars advertised I was disillusioned. So when I saw the exact Maserati GranSport Spyder I was looking for on Lamborghini Dallas website and eBay, I approached the sale being very skeptical. From the first call John Hrad was very informative and straight forward, followed up on all the questions I asked for which he did not have information and sent additional photos, provided addition details on previous services, obtained the aftermarket radio manual from previous owner, etc. all in a friendly and professional manner. At no time did I feel like I was being given a “used car” sales pitch or being unduly pressured. The General Manager, Tim McKenna also made contact to make sure that I was in good hands, but again no sales gimmicks. The paperwork was simple and financial aspects were handled by the Financial Director, Louie, in a very courteous and professional manner and he got me a better deal than what I could do through my bank. When I arrived in Dallas to fetch my car (I did not want to ship it), there was a problem with the convertible top not operating. The top had been operating well but not on that morning. It was sent to the Maserati dealership that was able to get it working again. On the way back to Philadelphia it gave problems again. This was exactly the kind of problem that usually starts nightmares, however, when I called Lamborghini Dallas, John and Louie both kept their word and arranged with Algar Ferrari Maserati Philadelphia to have the top fixed. This is the kind of customer service that really stands out from the crowd. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Lamborghini Dallas to anyone who would like to do “internet business” but is reserved about buying an upmarket car on this basis. I had wanted a Lamborghini since I first saw one back in the 80's - so when I finally was able to purchase one, I originally talked with Roy at Cats Exotics. Since he didn't have the exact car I wanted, he the 80's - so when I finally was able to purchase one, I originally talked with Roy at Cats Exotics. Since he didn't have the exact car I wanted, he referred me to John at Lamborghini Dallas. John was very helpful over the phone during my initial inquiry, presenting me with an option I didn't know existed - a 2012 Black Edition LP 550-2. The ordering process was relatively straightforward and as painless as buying a $200K car could be : ) We went over options and spec'd out the car. Given it was a new purchase, there was a painful wait (not the dealership's fault), and John was communicative about letting me know when things were happening and estimated arrival date. I was pleasantly surprised when he called up regarding the possiblility of air freighting the car over and I was able to get the car before Christmas. Overall, I am very happy with my dealings with Lamborghini Dallas and John - my only concern is that I didn't drive a Superleggera to be able to compare it to the 550-2. I'm not sure if my driving talent will ever get to where this car needs it to be : ) More

When I walked into the dealership, I had no intentions of buying a car. I was only there for a dealership sponsored driving event. To my surprise, a beautiful black 1999 Diablo SV was on the showroom floor. buying a car. I was only there for a dealership sponsored driving event. To my surprise, a beautiful black 1999 Diablo SV was on the showroom floor. I spoke to Tim McKenna about the car and several other cars before talking to Mike Luongo. Mike gave me the history of the Diablo and I left the dealership in my Gallardo. Only a few hours later I talked to John Hrad about the car and knew it was the car for me. I drove back to the dealership, traded my Gallardo and bought the Diablo in a matter of minutes. I have known John Hrad and Tim McKenna for years, but never purchased a vehicle from them. I never felt pressured to buy a car from them, but was always invited to enthusiast events hosted by the dealership. Both guys are friendly and honest. I am glad I decided to purchase my car from Lamborhini Dallas and will always remain loyal to the dealership. More
