Thanks to you both for getting us in and out of there as quickly as you could on such a busy day. The finance departments new computer paperless system was state of the art and having all the papers we signed given to me on a thumb drive was a new experience for us but how smart and wise that is for the future. I brought the thumb drive home and pulled it up and downloaded all the files into my documents folder and then emailed copies to my family for safe keeping. Your will find Mr. Leaf the best dressed used car salesman on the lot and a very busy man but did a first class job. The process of buying any car at any dealer is somewhat a long process (more than 60 minutes) and perhaps one day the automotive industry will figure out a way to get the purchase process down to 60 minutes from the time you decide you want the car and agree on a price and drive away in your new car. Legal requirements for signing certain paper work is critical and also time consuming to prepare for the buyer and then sign. But it has always been that way for the last few years and it not only protects the customer, it also protects the dealership. Thanks Chuck and Aspen for working with us and making us happy customers and I am sure in a few years we will be back to purchase another wonder Toyota product. More
