This was our first time at Greg May Honda and we were very pleased! AJ was FANTASTIC!!! We had only a couple of very specific vehicles we wished to look at, and told him up front that they we didn't want very pleased! AJ was FANTASTIC!!! We had only a couple of very specific vehicles we wished to look at, and told him up front that they we didn't want to be "pressured" about purchasing, as we have been looking for quite some time and are very knowledgeable and aware of what we are looking for. AJ was courteous and professional, helpful but not overbearing. He advised us that one of the vehicles we wished to look at was actually next door at Greg May Hyundai. We test drove the one at Greg May Honda but had some concerns about the AC, and told AJ we were going to pass on it. He didn't pressure us, but took our information and promised to call if another vehicle fitting our specifications came in. He even directed us to the Hyundai next door so we didn't have to cross traffic again. After a rotten experience there, my husband and I decided that we so appreciated AJ's professionalism, charisma, and overall attitude, that we were willing to take a leap of faith on the vehicle we test drove there. Webreturned to Greg May Honda and told AJ we were in if he could figure out the AC issue for us. So so soooooooo overjoyed that we did!! Turns out our "concerns" were completely unwarranted, as the car was (as promised in writing by AJ) icy cold and smooth-running before we left the lot. (Apparently, we just didnt drive far enough on our test drive). Cannot give enough credit to the young man who made this the first PLEASANT car-buying experience my husband and I have ever had...and we have purchased MANY vehicles over the years!!! Thank you so much to AJ and John, and please tell the cheerleaders we're sorry we snitched some of their balloons. We promise we are not monsters!! ;-) More
