I took the car in to have the left rear tire checked for a slow leak. The on-board pressure monitoring display reported the tire 5 psi lower than the rest. I had aired that tire up two days earlier and it h a slow leak. The on-board pressure monitoring display reported the tire 5 psi lower than the rest. I had aired that tire up two days earlier and it had leaked down to 30 psi from 35 psi. So I aired the tire up again adding a couple extra psi and made an appointment luckily for noon the same day and took it in to have it looked at. The service writer Christina(??) came out to the waiting room to verify that it was the left rear and I confirmed that it was. She had two techs look at the tire as they could not find a leak. We also noticed the smell of cigarette smoke from the previous owners of the car when we bought it two weeks earlier and I was asking what could be done about that. Evidently they have a machine they place in the car that helps draw those kinds of odors out but I didn't have the four hour wait ability for that so I asked them to replace the cabin filter as a first step, then if that doesn't help clear the smell I would scheduled the machine process. Everyone I encountered in service was very attentive to our need and it was an overall great experience. I was in and out in under an hour. A free popcorn lunch was provided! More
