We already knew what car we wanted, and decided to try the Costco auto buying program which referred us to John. He was pleasant, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The Costco program set the car price, but John managed to throw in a couple of extras and also went to bat for us on our trade-in (surprisingly generous)!
