This BMW location is the best! They took care of my Beemer and also kept me informed of the progress. Also, my car was beautiful when I picked it up. Excellent service AGAIN at Yark BMW The technician took great care in completing a maintenance task seldom performed. No issue over keeping the loaner vehicle over the weekend. Working The technician took great care in completing a maintenance task seldom performed. No issue over keeping the loaner vehicle over the weekend. Working through precautions in place over the Covid-19 pandemic were awkward at times, but that seems true for many places. I did have to wait for a part to be delivered, which came the day after I dropped off the vehicle, which was a surprise to me since I had scheduled the work to be done in late February to ensure the part would be available. Again though, no issue over keeping the loaner. More

Service was good The service was great. I appreciated the loaner car. There is a dent/scratch on the rear passenger side of my car which wasn't there when I dropped The service was great. I appreciated the loaner car. There is a dent/scratch on the rear passenger side of my car which wasn't there when I dropped it off, however, not bad enough to be too worried about. My car was serviced, but my service reminder light is still on, that is annoying, I am attempting to figure out how to get it off. Overall, my experience was great. John was terrific and your coronavirus protocol is excellent. I wish everyone there health and hope things revert to normal soon for everyone. More
