Would not buy here again. Salesperson was not really focused on my needs, but instead really interested in his agenda. Did not ask what I wanted to know about car, really on trying to get me on app even after I stated several times it wasn't a priority for me. Rushed me through at the end when I wanted to learn car functions. Others involved in process were OK, just salesperson made me feel unheard and not a great feeling when making any purchase, especially a large one. And I'm a returning Cadillac customer. A bad experience overall. More
