We recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC in the Pinnacle trim for my sister. From our first conversation, John made us feel comfortable and respected. He listened carefully, gave us honest answers, and guided us through every step with patience and professionalism, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. The moment that truly stood out came at delivery. When a bow could not be found for my sister's new car, John refused to let that take away from her day. He arranged an AMG delivery instead, and the joy on her face said everything. It was a small detail to some, but it showed exactly who John is: someone who cares about how people feel, not just about closing a sale. He then walked us through every feature of the vehicle so we were completely comfortable before driving away. After the purchase, he personally introduced me to Chad, the service manager, to arrange adding the illuminated star, making sure we had a trusted relationship in place for all of our future service needs. He also followed up after the sale, which showed his commitment to our family was sincere. This experience meant even more because of what came before it. My family has been loyal to Ray Catena for years, but after Ray Catena Lexus of Oakhurst did not extend us the same loyalty and respect we had always shown them, I questioned whether that relationship still meant anything. I came in cautious. John changed that entirely. Through his integrity and the genuine care he showed my family, he restored my faith in the Ray Catena level of service and renewed a loyalty I was close to walking away from. Mr. Catena, John Kelly is a true reflection of the reputation your name was built on. Associates like him, along with Chad in service, are why families return and why I will continue to recommend Ray Catena without hesitation. John, thank you. You did more than sell us a vehicle.
