Updated review…. I finally got to drive the car I wanted when I leased mine 18 months ago. the F sport version that the liars and cheats (oh I mean John Kim’s salesme I finally got to drive the car I wanted when I leased mine 18 months ago. the F sport version that the liars and cheats (oh I mean John Kim’s salesmen) told me was not made. i didn’t have to struggle to manually open the hatch (I’m not tall, and it’s a bit tough, especially with stuff in your hands). My anger and humiliation (getting cheated is humiliating) came roaring back. It’s not cosmetic, it’s is completely integral to the enjoyment and experience of the car that I paid $10,000 over sticker for. Original review - We've bought many Lexus from this dealer. The experiences have generally been quite positive. Not this time. I traded in a leased IS there last week and leased a new UX. The experience was awful. I was lied to, for example....the F Sport package is only cosmetic - NO It is not at all only cosmetic. Turned out they didn't have an F sport hybrid so they lied to me. I should have know better. They fast talked me about the pricing of the new car and the equity in my lease return. Wow. They made a huge profit and I got taken. It's my own fault. My past experiences lead me to trust them. That was a big mistake That I will regret for 3 years. More

Jim Falk LEXUS is the worst ! They over charge you way over MSRP and the Customer service experience is horrible!!!! The only good thing about this company was my sales rep. Chris They over charge you way over MSRP and the Customer service experience is horrible!!!! The only good thing about this company was my sales rep. Chris Jackson ! He was awesome but everyone else was horrible including the title/lic department and the General Sales Manager John Kim should be fired ! He never returned my calls about getting my issues fixed and this LEXUS purchase was not amazing . Beware of this dealership!!! Scam Alert ! More

Nora, and the general manger, tried to lease us a used car driven by the mangers wife with 3,000 miles year 2021. They Told us this was a new can because never been registered.
