Never have any problem getting my car in when we have an issue with it. Regretfully I will not be returning to Ganley. My bill showed $500 in parts and over $800 in labor for actual minor work of an 02 sensor and a wire harness and stuck valve in inner cooler. Supervisor in showed $500 in parts and over $800 in labor for actual minor work of an 02 sensor and a wire harness and stuck valve in inner cooler. Supervisor in service Dept stated he would check into bill and what was going on with vehicle. Called me back and offered a loaner due to parts needing ordered. I'm aware with covid that work might have diminished some but feel bill was over excessive for what was done More
