Excellent Toyota Dealer and service location I've owned lots of new cars over the years, all levels of brands. Not the custon service I had in the past In August I leased a Rav4, and requested to put my personal plates on it. I was told it would cost $60.00 and I wrote a separate check to cover this. In early October I received a communication from Toyota with no covering latter. I did not understand what it was and took it in to the salesman, who did not know either. He said he would look into it and put the envelope in his drawer. From that day to this I have heard nothing. I have made visits to the showroom and been told someone would be in touch with me . I called Mr. Finn who after two calls left a message to say he could not help me and I should contact John Kraiza, the manager. I did this 10 days ago and he said he would investigate the matter get back to me in a couple of days. I have heard nothing!!! I am not a happy customer and want my $60.00 back. as quickly as possible. I can not recommend Glen Toyota to any one and we have been customers since the 80's, always a Toyota in the family. Our cars have only ever been serviced at Glen Toyota. I would be happy for you to share this with the dealer ship, maybe I would get an answer! More

Pleased overall I was overall satisfied with the experience. We went for a test drive, was shown the pricing breakdown, and overall treated very nicely. The whole process seemed quite lengthy (4 hours) and for whatever reason, I wasn’t shown the actual car (maybe because they were getting it ready) until after I signed the papers. The salesman was very nice and didn’t try to upsell me, which I appreciated, but was not terribly careful with filling out some of the paperwork, which needed to be corrected later on. The finance/documentation manager Sam Z. and the sales manager John K. were both very professional and efficient. Someone also showed me how to set up the car and use the various tech features before I left. Overall a smooth process and I would recommend this dealership. More

Misleading I have come in in 2015 to "trade" my expiring Prius lease for a another one since I was happy with the car. The salesman told me that my car is in a perfect shape and I am over mileage that was in the contract. He then raised the monthly payment for me to cover the cost of the excess mileage by paying more through monthly payments. Two years later I have Glen Toyota Financial after me with $1400 invoice for damages on the car and exceeded mileage. Now I get collection agency calls as well. I did go back to Neil Dimaso and after speaking to his manager John Kraiza he simply said that he is sorry, but nothing can be done. Amazing what Glen Toyota is trying to try and get away with. I just filed small claims with Bergen County Court against Gelen Toyota in Fair Lawn. More

Sales man who we dealt with Robert B. could not even brake down numbers for the lease. His answer was that financing do all this. I guess Glen Toyota does not train salesman. Please make sure you read and understand all documents before signing them. Do not take car delivery before you review your contract. Ask them to print contract before signing so you can go over it and question all the charges.We found some mistakes in contract like they charge $702 tire tax. Called Glen Toyota they refuse to do anything about it. John K. manager was no help. They will not tell you anything about specials and intensives. Do you homework. Before you go there Please understand how leasing and financing works. This is your right as a consumer to know what interest they charge you for your lease and financing. If you leasing or financing you can buy GAP insurance from your insurance company. Have a clear picture before you buy a car from them. Also read all reviews on www.Yelp.com. I am sure that Glen Toyota will try to respond on this review. I am trying to let community know about my experience with this dealer. no wonder they are #21 on list in NJ. please also read review on Better Business Bureau web site. After leaving my review we got a phone call from Jeff. He sad the best what I can do for you is one free oil change. I newer saw oil change for $702. Today we have tools what we can use to express to others consumers our experience.Do all homework , be ready. I am writing this review not for me for others members of this community. Unfortunately for me I can not attach copy of my contract where it says $702 tire tax. I guess in future it will be a big plus. so all community members could see the truth. Yesterday called several times to Glen Toyota regarding my license plate and registration I could be able to leave massage for Robert B. His mailbox was full. Receptionist will only transfer calls to your sales person. Finally I stooped by and piked up my plates and registrations last night. now body called me and let me know that they arrived. More

Attentive and helpful I bought my third new vehicle from this dealership. Steve came out to meet me in the parking lot. We talked about what I was looking for and the co I bought my third new vehicle from this dealership. Steve came out to meet me in the parking lot. We talked about what I was looking for and the concerns I had. I didn't expect to purchase a car that day; I was only going in to look at two models and get some information. Steve was so patient and helpful. We test drove 4 different cars: a Camry, a Corolla and 2 Prius's. I loved my 17 1/2 year old Camry but was convinced the new ones were too big for my small garage. We test drove the Camry all the way to my house to try out the size in the garage. I wasn't comfortable with the tight fit. When I was convinced I was ready to purchase but wanted to check the garage size again with the Prius, again we drove it to my house to check it out. Steve is the most patient and helpful salesman I have ever worked with. John worked with us to get the best deal and at the very end Mike finished up the deal and worked to get it registered and insured. All in all, this was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. More
