Peg and I recommend that the first thing you should do after you arrive is to get acquainted with the Truck Manager Clint Schreiber. Don’t worry he also sells cars (we have purchased 2). What is important is that he is a nice guy, friendly and very knowlgeable about cars, trucks and Fair Oaks inventory. He will be pleased to share this knowledge with you no matter how long it takes. For example, for the past year we discussed trading in our F150. So I spent many hours discussing and looking at Lincolns with Clint without him ever pressuring me to buy one. Well Peg recently discovered a new 2017 Reserve Continental that she really liked and at a price we could not turn down. Serious learning was necessitated by the number of operating controls. Clint went over these with us individually and together. I met with him 3 times, the dealership will be happy to meet with you as many times as necessary. There is another situation that demonstrates that Clint is super salesman and a gentleman. Our niece’s car in Oklahoma City was totaled. To make a long story short, she had negotiated the price of a Ford and inquired as to the financing with her CU. Since she was visiting, she sent the info to us. We shared this information when visiting with Clint. His comment was we have the same car. He got us (her) a better price and better financing than she would have gotten in Oklahoma City! More

Brandon had the car ready when I arrived and all my questions were answered. Purchased the car that day. I have never felt any stress when buying cars from Fair Oaks. I feel like I'm not just buying a car from Fair Oaks Ford, but joining a family. Great job throughout the entire process from sales to financing. Our family will need 2 new cars for my wife and son in the near future. I definitely know where I will go. I tend to like searching for the best vehicle for me, analyzing different web sites, assessing reviews by third parties and more almost to an obsession. I worked with Clint Schreiber in Sales and he was very focused on listening and then only presenting me the vehicles I was interested in. He worked to get me as many as the incentives available as we could find to make the best deal possible. Financing and deal work was always presented with options. In the end the car we wanted was at a different dealership and Clint and the team made arrangements and brought it from almost 100 miles away so that I felt I got the best car for me and my family. I would strongly recommend the group, I been a loyal customer since 1990 and I will continue to do all of my Ford purchases with Fair Oaks Ford. More
