I did not feel at all pressured to buy and I was very satisfied with the "out the door" price, Brandon saw to it that my new vehicle was made ready for me in a very reasonable time. The purchase was smooth and happened fairly quickly (I've been in dealerships in the past for 6 hours...) This is the 2nd car I've purchased from them and will continue to return. After my first purchase I asked specifically for Serafin since the 2014 purchase went so well. He is very patient with all of my questions and answered them very well. With Fair Oaks, I don't get the sleazy salesmanship I've had elsewhere. Perhaps it's just Serafin, but I get the sense that this is not the way they run their business. More

For years the Service Department has been tremendous with professional and responsive attention. Now, the same can be said of the Sales Department. My wife and I wanted to give our son a new car for Christmas and Dan Buzdugan stepped in as Santa along with his elves, Steve Squillo, Bob Wojtan and John Krajnovich. The entire Fair Oaks family was very helpful describing the options, styles and pricing for a new Focus and we couldn't be happier. Fair Oaks Ford is the best "family" anyone could ask for. More
