There was a lot of going back and forth on the final OTD price, but this was mainly on me as I was trying to get the best price possible. John was patient throughout the process and was able to get me the best price in the area. All the details were finalized when I walked in the door, and the 4Runner was very well detailed and prepared for me to drive it off the low. Great experience for the whole family I initially came to look at a used BMW. It was in excellent shape and would have been a great car but I realized it wasn’t really practical for what I I initially came to look at a used BMW. It was in excellent shape and would have been a great car but I realized it wasn’t really practical for what I needed at the moment. I ended up going with a new Toyota Corolla SE. It was in the same price range, gets getter gas mileage, has significantly more safety features, and will be a vehicle I can pass on to my kids in the next few years as they start to drive. John was very accommodating and made sure my family was taken care of while I spent time doing paperwork and whatnot. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they were very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have available. More

I intended to buy from the Toyota dealership closest to me but they didn't seem very interested unless I wanted something that was already on their lot. John is the only Internet sales person I contacted in the Raleigh area who sent me a quote by email, the only one who met with me in person (instead of handing me off to someone else), and the only one who looked up exactly when he could get the model/color I wanted and explained the next steps to make that happen.
