I came in with my daughter, test drove two cars with her, and then handled negotiations via email. Just purchased a 2017 Rav-4 on Monday, Augus John is amazing to work with-listens to what you are looking for and finds options that meet your needs. Just purchased a 2017 Rav-4 on Monday, August 14, 2017, my third Rav-4. John had all the paperwork completed ahead of time so my actual time spent in the dealership was less than 2 hours! All the safety features were already set-up in the car by John and he was thorough in walking me through all the new bells and whistles this car has to offer. This is the second Rav-4 John has sold me. I highly recommend John to anyone interested in a pleasant car buying experience at the best price and customer service.
