Some history... I purchased my 1st Toyota (Camry) from this dealership in 2006 near close of business. There were some spots on the car and was told they'd take care of it on the first service visit. Upon returning several weeks later and relating this to service personnel, they asked for it in writing and asked aloud "who's going to pay for this." Starting to get steamed, I was taken to a "suit & tie" manager where the problem was explained by the service writer while asking "who's going to pay" again. I was just about to lose my cool when the suit said "we'll worry about that later. Right now we're going to do whatever it takes to satisfy this customer. Now go fix it". That incident has made me a return buyer and advocate for this dealership...the true meaning of customer service on display! More
