John Lafabregue was incredibly helpful! I had been planning to get a newer car for months, but ended up having to earlier than I had wanted in an emergency situation. I was pretty frantic and could only communicate through email. John Lafabregue set things up, and with the help of Steve Martinez I was able to arrive a few hours later, and take care of everything in only a couple of hours and drive out in a new car. Thank you! John Lafabregue listened and found exactly what I requested thereby saving me time while providing a hassle free experience. We only looked at the one car we requested and purchased it on the spot. Some history... I purchased my 1st Toyota (Camry) from this dealership in 2006 near close of business. There were some spots on the car and was told they'd take care of it on the first service visit. Upon returning several weeks later and relating this to service personnel, they asked for it in writing and asked aloud "who's going to pay for this." Starting to get steamed, I was taken to a "suit & tie" manager where the problem was explained by the service writer while asking "who's going to pay" again. I was just about to lose my cool when the suit said "we'll worry about that later. Right now we're going to do whatever it takes to satisfy this customer. Now go fix it". That incident has made me a return buyer and advocate for this dealership...the true meaning of customer service on display! More
