Great Experience at Fred Anderson Toyota We were in the market for a new car but dragging our feet as we were not looking forward to the long drawn out process with haggling and games. Fortu We were in the market for a new car but dragging our feet as we were not looking forward to the long drawn out process with haggling and games. Fortunately we contacted John Lafabregue through the internet sales department and quickly set up a time to test out the different vehicles we were looking at. Then it was a quick process to pick exactly what we wanted. We preferred to do much of this via email and John was very prompt and detailed with all of his replies. His pricing beat the competition out of the gate. John was very patient and informative when we started decided we wanted to check out a hybrid version and quickly set up a time for us to test drive. With the perks of buying at Fred Anderson and the good price it was an easy decision to buy there and the whole process was done and we were driving away in our vehicle much faster than we anticipated. We have since come back to have a trailer hitch and roof racks put on and John met us at the door and took care of everything. The dealership itself is very nice and everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you for making this so easy, John we will be back when its my turn for a new vehicle. More
