Recently, my first highlander (2014) was totaled in an accident. John Lafabregue was one of the first people I called right after the accident because he is very knowledge about all car experiences. He was right there with me as I went through the total loss process and helped me get into a 2016 highlander about 3 weeks later....without his expertise in factory warranties and insurance, I wouldn't have had a down payment for the new vehicle. John is really fun to work with -- and very patient as well. More

John Lafabregue responded, talked straight, worked with me on the options I wanted (and didn't want), and offered what I thought was as good a price as one could expect. A quick test drive and I ordered the car. All was done by appointment, with maximum convenience, no pressure, and no running back and forth to get approval from a sales manager. The lifetime oil changes and extended drive train warranty are a real plus, as well. I'd definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota, and would happily work with John again. More

Outstanding 2016 Tacoma DCLB TRD Offroad Buying Experience I visited several Toyota dealerships over the past 6 months to help come to a decision on my next vehicle purchase. I found Fred Anderson to be inform I visited several Toyota dealerships over the past 6 months to help come to a decision on my next vehicle purchase. I found Fred Anderson to be informative, helpful, and devoid of pressure sales tactics. I also cross shopped other vehicles as I wanted this next purchase to be a vehicle that matched my family's lifestyle, performed well and came with an outstanding track record of reliability. I found all these things with the Tacoma and I narrowed my focus to the TRD Double Cab Longbed with the premium tech package. It turned out that this vehicle in Gray or Silver was not very common and no dealership had it locally. I searched all dealerships within a 10 hour drive and found a handful and several dealerships that were willing to order me this truck. I chose Fred Anderson bc John Lafabregue offered a very competitive price on the Tacoma, an excellent price on my trade-in and was able to locate the Tacoma for transfer when other dealers couldn't deliver. Overall I am very please with my purchase and would consider Fred Anderson and Toyota for future vehicles for our household. More
