Recently, my first highlander (2014) was totaled I have purchased 3 cars from Fred Anderson Toyota over the last 4 years - 1 Scion and 2 Highlanders. Recently, my first highlander (2014) was totaled in an accident. John Lafabregue was one of the first people I called right after the accident because he is very knowledge about all car experiences. He was right there with me as I went through the total loss process and helped me get into a 2016 highlander about 3 weeks later....without his expertise in factory warranties and insurance, I wouldn't have had a down payment for the new vehicle. John is really fun to work with -- and very patient as well. More

John Lafabregue responded, talked straight, worked with me on the options I wanted (and didn't want), and offered what I thought was as good a price as one could expect. A quick test drive and I ordered the car. All was done by appointment, with maximum convenience, no pressure, and no running back and forth to get approval from a sales manager. The lifetime oil changes and extended drive train warranty are a real plus, as well. I'd definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota, and would happily work with John again. More
