I even sent a friend to him to purchase a Tacoma for his son while I was working out my deal. After a few weeks waiting for my truck to arrive, I went to the dealership and John had everything ready and waiting on me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be purchasing more Toyotas in the future from Fred Anderson Toyota. More

Had offers from several dealers, told John what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. I had the specific color and model RAV4 I wanted and within a week, it was ordered and on the lot waiting for me. I had a problem with a minor design feature of the car, where there was a glare from a metallic piece, and John had the brilliant idea (no pun intended!) to have a specialty leather person at the dealer replace the metallic piece with leather to match the rest of the dash. It is now perfect! John was also very patient with my needing to wait to pick up the car for two weeks while I was on vacation. This is my third Toyota purchased at Fred Anderson Toyota and I will always remember the great service provided by Carl Anderson with our family's two previous cars. My only regret is that I can't qualify for the $250 rebate from Nationwide Insurance on my new Toyota, because the manufacturer is rewarding first time Toyota buyers and we only buy Toyotas!! More

Smooth process for internet buyers If you are a busy professional with no time for personal interaction and haggling at a dealership, then in my opinion you can’t go wrong with the inte If you are a busy professional with no time for personal interaction and haggling at a dealership, then in my opinion you can’t go wrong with the internet sales department at Anderson Raleigh (specifically John). After a few months of shopping around for several different models, I started talking to my local dealer in Jacksonville NC. I quickly found myself in the usual situation where the sales rep had to talk to his manager... and on and on. I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone on a bottom line price, or a hard offer on my trade in. And so I started looking further away. From my first contact with John I could tell he was not going to waste my valuable time. We rapidly got to a bottom line price, and I was offered $500 above my local trade offer sight unseen. John also had a clearly superior knowledge of regional inventory on the car I was looking for and was not afraid to give me the information. Almost all of my interaction with him was email or text after hours. I ended up driving 5 hours round trip to buy my car from him and I have no regrets. It was a refreshing change to my very disappointing local experience. As for the other parts of the staff there, they were equally helpful. I spent a little more time at the dealer than I would have liked, but I had a fairly unusual registration with another state that I sensed the dealer had never dealt with before. I’m still very happy with my overall dealer experience. For me, though, John sealed the deal based on his approach to internet sales. More
