Well, I know I asked you to stay tuned because I knew something else was going to happen and lo and behold. I got another recall on my car just yesterday so a new day with a new recall this would be the something else was going to happen and lo and behold. I got another recall on my car just yesterday so a new day with a new recall this would be the fourth recall on my Audi A6 from Ray Katina so remember I’m the girl with the transmission on the first Audi still had a year to pay had to roll that over put $20,000 down on the A6 Audi I have now but I don’t really have it. They have it and still have a year to pay on this car. This is the fourth recall and they want me to pay for the motor mounts? Remember, they want me to pay for the motor mounts due to the engine that’s faulty on their behalf. I think German engineering it’s not cracked up to be what it is i’ve never had a car with so many recalls and so many problems. This is not the first one. Remember the one with the transmission should’ve been a recall too, except they didn’t honor that one either now they’re trying not to honor the motor mounts on the car that I have presently so if you want to buy a car, don’t buy an Audi don’t buy from Ray container stay far away from Ray Katina because that’s just lies from Audi of America. Will lie to you and the dealership will lie to you. Remember my car was picked up at the beginning of December. I was told I’ll have an engine in a week. I’ve had no communication other than myself reaching out to Ray Katina and Audi of America with no response from either one of them I’ve made two car payments and a car that is not in my possession. Also pay car insurance on a car, not in my possession and now I’m told I should have it back if everything goes well by the end of the month and I also received a new recall.. More

What truly stood out, though, was the level of care from the team. Rami Ayyash (Audi Brand Specialist) guided me through finding and ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, and John Lazzaro (Service Advisor) and the rest of the technicians have been incredibly helpful in addressing several issues with the new PPC platform. Everyone else I’ve interacted with has been equally friendly, attentive, and supportive. Overall, Audi Freehold made my introduction to the Audi brand a great one. More

My A6 recently required service. John Lazzaro, as well as Ryan Byrne, promptly helped me out of the jam with a smile, returning my car to the road as new. Kudos to Service, Technician and Parts Job Well Done! , I had to bring my A6 to diagnose a sudden loss of coolant and it turned out it was a faulty supercharger coolant hose and promptly John came up with , I had to bring my A6 to diagnose a sudden loss of coolant and it turned out it was a faulty supercharger coolant hose and promptly John came up with a plan with Ryan to have repairs done, a list was made and hose, thermostat, PVC valve, gaskets and seals were sequestered until a needed part arrived. When part was located and arrived I came down and vehicle was repaired and in addition supercharger and serpentine belts were also replaced and my girl is back on the road. I could not be happier, best Christmas gift! Thanks to:John, Phil, Ryan, Dan and Chris! You guys are the best! More

We began using Audi Freehold in 2020 , I was unable to find my Audi at their dealership but by the way they treat me you would think I’ve bought 10 cars from them. Always with great loaners and staff who find my Audi at their dealership but by the way they treat me you would think I’ve bought 10 cars from them. Always with great loaners and staff who listen to issues and get it fixed right the first time. All the service advisors are very knowledgeable. The Technicians always send a video update. This is how auto service should be. More

My five-star rating reflects the integrity of this dealership. My $93.00 charge for reattaching my rearview mirror was cancelled after the dealership learned the following facts. Over the past five ye dealership. My $93.00 charge for reattaching my rearview mirror was cancelled after the dealership learned the following facts. Over the past five years, my rearview mirror detached from its base three times. The first two times, the service department graciously reattached the mirror in a few short minutes with no charge. Today I was charged $93.00.. I can afford the $93.00 charges. That was not the issue. The issue was my disappointment with being charged in the first place when I was not charged for the previous two times for the same mirror reattachment. Ray Catena believes that the customer always comes first. The Service Manager recognized that I have been a long-term customer and, without hesitation, cancelled the $93.00 charge. That’s integrity and great customer appreciation. More
