My five-star rating reflects the integrity of this dealership. My $93.00 charge for reattaching my rearview mirror was cancelled after the dealership learned the following facts. Over the past five ye dealership. My $93.00 charge for reattaching my rearview mirror was cancelled after the dealership learned the following facts. Over the past five years, my rearview mirror detached from its base three times. The first two times, the service department graciously reattached the mirror in a few short minutes with no charge. Today I was charged $93.00.. I can afford the $93.00 charges. That was not the issue. The issue was my disappointment with being charged in the first place when I was not charged for the previous two times for the same mirror reattachment. Ray Catena believes that the customer always comes first. The Service Manager recognized that I have been a long-term customer and, without hesitation, cancelled the $93.00 charge. I have to say that I was blown away by the service here. I brought the car in for a 20k mile service and a recall issue, it was done to my utmost satisfaction. I asked about helping me pair a remote for my car and the gate for my front entrance in a gated community and this dealership sent a techician to my home to help! Now that is service above and beyond! More

As always, Chris, Dan, John, Jonathan, Max and Rene reinforced once again, I have made a great choice in choosing this dealership for all my needs with my two Audis, making me feel as welcomed as a fam reinforced once again, I have made a great choice in choosing this dealership for all my needs with my two Audis, making me feel as welcomed as a family member every time I visit or bring my vehicles for service. These gentlemen know and fully understand the concept of "service" and how important their role is within the organization and their dedication is exemplary to date. Emailed Rob D’Andrea at Ray Catena Audi in Freehold regarding my car , he was at a seminar but emailed me right back and told me he would call the next day to help me. He was true to his word and calle regarding my car , he was at a seminar but emailed me right back and told me he would call the next day to help me. He was true to his word and called so we could discuss what service I needed and helped to schedule it and get me a loaner for when I came in. Rob is a manager who goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Rob and his team . They are all very personable and from the gentleman taking your car in to be worked on by the mechanics to the service agent John who worked with my husband and I on the additional repairs needed. My car and I received excellent service and I will be back for all future repairs needed on my Allroad. Thanks Rob and John my Allroad is running great. More

Although the staff was very pleasant, we leased a 2021 Q5 in June, 2021, and the MMI system has never worked. The navigation system loses it's memory all the time, so we have to keep inputting addresses suc in June, 2021, and the MMI system has never worked. The navigation system loses it's memory all the time, so we have to keep inputting addresses such as home and work. The Apple Car Play always cuts out, so it can't be relied on. We've taken it into service a few times, and been told that Audi is aware of the problem and working on a fix. Possibly in 2022. They're not willing to do anything further, and we're stuck with this expensive, new car that we can't rely on. Seems like the dealership would care more about leasing new cars that work! Who cares how nice they are or if they clean your car when they can't fix it. More

Brought my 2019 Audi A8 in for 20k service. John Lazzaro went through all the details, informed me of recall work that would be performed, and got me into my loaner car. Received a video from the tech show went through all the details, informed me of recall work that would be performed, and got me into my loaner car. Received a video from the tech showing items that were checked on the car and received a message that the car was ready. Once again, Audi Freehold has done a excellent job maintaining my car and keeping me happy. More

Another fantastic experience in my persuit and determination to keep my machine in tip top shape and operational for as long as I can. I was quickly processed and checked in by Mike and checked out by John, both were courteous and attentive to my requests and service to-do list on my vehicle and quickly on my way to a good cup of coffee. (*An honorable mention goes to Chris Gioffre for his witted funny complement by the coffee machine which made me feel much at home!) This is a man that understands clearly what "customer retention" is all about!) It brought me back to the days I would chat with Ray at his Kearny store. The quality of automotive service received was tops in the engine bay and many thanks to Ryan for lending his expertise regarding some technical questions I brought to him. Thanks to Johnathan for ordering information and pricing regarding parts I would need on my next visit. Thanks to Rene for his expert diagnose and advice regarding paint care regarding bird/tree sap damage and simple how to tips to avoid permanent damage due to penetration of clear coat. All in all thanks to all and every one who jovially greeted me! As always, being at Ray Catena is like being at your best friends home. More
