Brought my 2019 Audi A8 in for 20k service. John Lazzaro went through all the details, informed me of recall work that would be performed, and got me into my loaner car. Received a video from the tech show went through all the details, informed me of recall work that would be performed, and got me into my loaner car. Received a video from the tech showing items that were checked on the car and received a message that the car was ready. Once again, Audi Freehold has done a excellent job maintaining my car and keeping me happy. More

Another fantastic experience in my persuit and determination to keep my machine in tip top shape and operational for as long as I can. I was quickly processed and checked in by Mike and checked out by John, both were courteous and attentive to my requests and service to-do list on my vehicle and quickly on my way to a good cup of coffee. (*An honorable mention goes to Chris Gioffre for his witted funny complement by the coffee machine which made me feel much at home!) This is a man that understands clearly what "customer retention" is all about!) It brought me back to the days I would chat with Ray at his Kearny store. The quality of automotive service received was tops in the engine bay and many thanks to Ryan for lending his expertise regarding some technical questions I brought to him. Thanks to Johnathan for ordering information and pricing regarding parts I would need on my next visit. Thanks to Rene for his expert diagnose and advice regarding paint care regarding bird/tree sap damage and simple how to tips to avoid permanent damage due to penetration of clear coat. All in all thanks to all and every one who jovially greeted me! As always, being at Ray Catena is like being at your best friends home. More

I would like to thank Rob Dandrea as well as an honorable mention to his great staff for their/his friendly approachable demeanor, attentiveness, politeness and making one feel welcome any time he is approac mention to his great staff for their/his friendly approachable demeanor, attentiveness, politeness and making one feel welcome any time he is approached while servicing a vehicle. Rob listens to any concerns one may have without ever rushing you, his attention to detail is solid. Rob's aim is clearly "complete satisfaction" of his clients, their peace of mind and mechanical longevity of their vehicles. *Industry CSAT calls for a satisfaction "average" of 85% however, Rob always strives for 100% satisfaction which is rare nowadays given my ample experience owning various brands, present age and the many service departments visited over the years! Which many of them in hindsight were a grueling frustrating experience to deal with in comparison to RC. I find Robert very perceptive along with a knack for thorough detail given his acumen in the service domain he operates in with complete aplomb and in depth knowledge on the subject when offering one vehicle maintenance advice. I sincerely feel he is an important asset to my family transport well being and responsible for my wife's satisfaction in owning both of our vehicles free of any worries knowing he is there always a call away to help you no matter what comes up. Ray Catena is the better for having someone of the caliber and disposition of Rob Dandrea in their employ and he is most definitely a great fit for his position not to mention an asset to any Audi dealership he walks in! My advice to Ray Catena is hang on to Rob as long as he wants to remain in this industry! RVG More

After total frustration with another Monmouth County Audi dealer's service, I contacted Audi Customer Support. They gave me 2 other dealers to try. I called each Dealership they provided. First took over a w dealer's service, I contacted Audi Customer Support. They gave me 2 other dealers to try. I called each Dealership they provided. First took over a week to return my calls. Audi of Freehold Service Manager Rob DeAndrea called me the same day and said they would be happy to look at my car and try to solve the issue. I brought my car in to them for service. The tech spent a few hours diagnosing the problem and found it. We had to wait a week for a part from Germany but John Lazzaro my service advisor keep in contact with me and kept my updated. He gave me an estimated cost for the job and it came in at that exact price. The car is now running great and I am thankful for Audi of Freehold. I would never go to another Audi Dealer as this was an Exceptional Service Experience. Great People!!! More
