We did have a couple hiccups but the dealership went above and beyond to take care of everything. Oliver Gigovski was a great help and is a superior New Car Sales Manager everyone in the dealership was friendly and fantastic. We also had the opportunity to talk to John (I believe that's his name) in the service department and he was excellent and very knowledgeable and very helpful. John & Tony Are Awesome My first phone call to a salesman inquiring about an Equinox purchase was with John Lisniak. John is totally awesome. He took his time and answered all my questions concerning a "Lease End Turn In" & the purchase of a new vehicle. John was going to be out of town on the day I was coming for the vehicle; but, again he put me at ease & set my appointment up with Tony Jensen. Another awesome salesman! Tony did a wonderful job; he had the patience of a saint with me and all my questions. Everyone there provides the utmost attention to the tiniest details as needed. The sales manager Ryan took his time to explain the details of the pricing, rebates, end of lease options and obligations, etc. The sale price/ loan amount numbers did not make sense but Ryan took his time to go over them with me until I "got it." Thank you Ryan once again! I had a few more questions for John, Tony after I got home...again they were answered with patience. When I called I was never put on hold or had to go through voicemail and wait days for a call back. These guys are professional, prompt and available before, during and after your purchase!
