Great Experience I went into Ray Chevrolet after several calls from them wanting to see what my 2007 Camry I bought from them 3 years ago was worth. I wasn't happy for I went into Ray Chevrolet after several calls from them wanting to see what my 2007 Camry I bought from them 3 years ago was worth. I wasn't happy for what they thought the car was worth knowing that the Camry was in good condition. I decided, because my family was growing I would just trade it in and get a SUV. John help me look for the right one that would work for me. My husband and I decided on a 2009 Chevy Traverse which I thought was perfect for us. After driving it for two days we had some trouble nothing big. I contacted John and he set up an appointment to have the car serviced while I had a loaner. I was upset I had to wait a week before getting the appointment (knowing what was wrong with the SUV) because they didn't have loaners at the time. They are currently working on it now, so I will have to see if the service department did what I requested. So far, my overall experience was good John gave my husband and I time to think the decision through not rushing us even though it was close to closing. More

The truck that we wanted was not in their dealership so John found the truck with the options we wanted and had it at the dealership in 3 days(500 miles away) for us to pickup. John Lesniak was great to work with and found exactly what we wanted on our new truck. The whole process of buying the truck was easy from start to finish. A wonderful first car purchase! I just bought a brand new 2014 Chevrolet Cruze from Ray Chevrolet. I walked in the dealership with my eyes on a certified used 2011 Chevy Cruze only I just bought a brand new 2014 Chevrolet Cruze from Ray Chevrolet. I walked in the dealership with my eyes on a certified used 2011 Chevy Cruze only to find to my disappointment-it was a manual! That would have been okay if I knew how to drive one (ha!). John Lesniak, our car salesman, was beyond helpful! He is a family man and that truly shows in his demeanor! He is trustworthy and has been in the business for over 30 years. He is not out to make a mint on you and to me as a young adult it means a lot. We hardly had to do any haggling and I still left feeling satisfied and that I made a great choice. He is your man here at Ray's Chevrolet in Fox Lake!!! Matt, the manager, was also helpful and nice. Not typical for the lovely "manager". We were also impressed upon waiting, we were served lunch from Jersey Mikes from Ray himself. That speaks volumes to me. I will definitely go back! Fox Lake is a little far from Huntley, but totally worth the drive. Go here and request John Lesniak!!! More
