I texted him a few days before going in, and when I arrived at my appointment, he was there to greet me with a smile and treated me as if I were the only person in the room. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Vehicles, and answered question-after-question from me without growing weary. I couldn't decide, and ended up test-driving 3 vehicles before I made my final decision. I appreciated the fact that he never rushed me, or made me feel as if I was "just another customer." He made me feel like I was dealing with a friend that I had known for years, even though we had just met. His partner, Crystal Sanders, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well. She was available to answer any additional questions, and helped me along the way. Jimmy Truong in Finance was also very pleasant to deal with. Once again, I had many questions for him as far as warranties and such, and he was able to explain everything in great detail, to my satisfaction. Overall, the experience couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend Five Star Ford, and this particular team of people to work with. Simply the BEST!! More

Crystal pointed me to a wonderful truck with miles so low it could be a new truck. I knew where I wanted to be in terms of trade in and sales price. We came very close, within $500, of where I wanted to be and put the deal together. Crystal and John worked together to make sure everything was in order, that I was comfortable and just gently moved us thru the process. Shout out to David Hill in Finance. He knew I was an AAFCU member and quickly completed the paperwork and not once tried to steer me away from CU financing. If you are an AAFCU member and live in the DFW area, go see Crystal or John at Five Star Ford. They will definitely take care of you. More
