I've been with Lexus since 2003. I love the brand, and the vehicles are among the best ever made. I've owned four, and my oldest son drives one as well. There isn't a better car on the road. HORRIBLE SALES AND SERVICE!! Bought a 2014 CPO, which usually means the dealership will certify the warrenty...guess again!! Theses over confident con artists think that they can Bought a 2014 CPO, which usually means the dealership will certify the warrenty...guess again!! Theses over confident con artists think that they can rip off the public, refuse to honor the warrenty, falsely advertise vehicles, insult the customers when the repairs are faulty AND threaten to sue customers for posting a bad review. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are so involved in their personal soap operas, the customer is treated like poo! Gossip in front of customers...very unprofessional! Should have bought at MERCEDES OF MELBOURNE! Lessen learned!! More
