30,000 mile inspection and oil change John Lohne took care of me wonderfully. He explained that he had done the 30K inspection and found the battery to be low and replaced it. I am so glad I didn't have to wait until the car wouldn't start before having the battery replaced. HORRIBLE SALES AND SERVICE!! Bought a 2014 CPO, which usually means the dealership will certify the warrenty...guess again!! Theses over confident con artists think that they can rip off the public, refuse to honor the warrenty, falsely advertise vehicles, insult the customers when the repairs are faulty AND threaten to sue customers for posting a bad review. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are so involved in their personal soap operas, the customer is treated like poo! Gossip in front of customers...very unprofessional! Should have bought at MERCEDES OF MELBOURNE! Lessen learned!! More
