Part of that experience presented a problem with the check engine light periodically coming on/off, and the speedometer fluctuating from zero to sixty for seemingly no reason. I refused to take my jeep to a "Dodge Jeep Chrysler" dealership and searched for the best Jeep specific place I could find; and along came Adams Jeep. John (service rep) at no charge, took three minutes to identify and fix the problem, which was the battery leads being incorrectly placed. To me, this showed the knowledge level and professionalism of a shop I'd like to continue doing business with in the future. Good or Bad, all i'm looking for up front service and no sh*t assessments! More

Victor was great to work with and everyone at Adams are friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I have been through an ordeal in finding the right place and the right Jeep ever since my first Hard Rock was swapped due to a paint issue. Adams made sure I left there with the right one for me and really helped me get options that I really wanted and a plan for future upgrades. Bottom line: Adams knows their Jeeps and Jeep customers. LOVE ADAMS JEEP I had just purchased my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee at Adams Jeep this past January 2017. A few weeks ago, I was involved in a head-on collision. Even tho I had just purchased my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee at Adams Jeep this past January 2017. A few weeks ago, I was involved in a head-on collision. Even though my vehicle was totaled, it held up so well that I was able to make it out with some minor injuries. I know it could have been much worse if I were in any other vehicle! I returned to Adams Jeep where their entire team worked with me and helped me get into a 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee. Their staff was so helpful and compassionate. I trust them and highly recommend Adams Jeep to everyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
