You do not have to worry about "repairs" that only benefit the Service Department's balance sheet. Good, honest service will keep folks coming back. More

2016 Jeep Latitude to a 2016 Jeep Trailhawk Keith was great, we purchased our first 2016 Jeep Cherokee from him in November 2015. I later decided after almost a year I wanted to upgrade to a Jee Keith was great, we purchased our first 2016 Jeep Cherokee from him in November 2015. I later decided after almost a year I wanted to upgrade to a Jeep that had more interior room and more bells and whistles. I expressed my desires to Keith by phone what I was looking for and upon my arrival to the dealer ship he had the Jeep to fit my request. I was over whelmed by all the features of this vehicle but Keith was very knowledgeable of its features and was very concerned that this vehicle was what I was looking for, no pressure to buy. I was very pleased with my trade allowance and the rebates that were offered which made it easier to make the trade up. Ian Gillies was also helpful with information during the test drive pointing out features and answering questions. Adams is a GREAT dealership and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend Adams Jeep and Keith Cook to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

And amazingly fast and always helping. I once again maintain, Adams is the best dealer in Maryland!!! If you don't go to them, prepare to be disappointed with your choice. More

We have been taken care of in so many ways by Adams staff, Matt who was helped by Ian were great with the sales process, Wayne has always been VERY fair on our trades (2 now) and Mike in finance has always looked out for us with the financing. It doesn't stop there though, on our first Jeep when service was needed John always has gone the extra mile to make sure we have been taken care of... if for some reason John was not available Anthony has stepped right in and done the same. I can't say enough about the Adams Team. I have always told anyone interested in a Jeep (stock or lifted) go to Adams, they WILL take care of you!
