Once I got there Corey Giffing helped me find my perfect jeep. He was so nice, helpful, and patient. He was also extremely knowledgeable and I was very impressed. Must See I have been dealing with Adams Jeep of Maryland for 19 years and I have never had a bad experience. I have recommended many people to Adams and all I have been dealing with Adams Jeep of Maryland for 19 years and I have never had a bad experience. I have recommended many people to Adams and all have been returning customers ever since there first experience. There something to be said about Adams Jeep of Maryland that cannot be said about most car dealerships out there and that is there integrity and honesty is beyond reproach from top to bottom and in today’s world that is very hard to find anywhere. If there is any type of issue with your vehicle they are upfront and honest about, and do the best job possible without trying to drain your bank account. I have had unpleasant experiences with car salesmen in the past and Jessica was a pleasure to deal with. I have been buying Japanese cars for twenty five years and I decided to buy an American car. Service department assistance I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler in 2011, had the jeep for approx 3 months when I began to have issues with the Jeep dying from an unknown reason. The se I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler in 2011, had the jeep for approx 3 months when I began to have issues with the Jeep dying from an unknown reason. The services department manager John Loucks personally took my case over with trying to determine what the cause was. He even went as far as having a Chrysler engineer flown out to assist in this and had a loaner brought to my home because I wasn't able to get to them. Turns out it was the U-connect chip was malfunctioning.. Who know a $300 dollar part could make my life crazy for almost 4 months. Since then when I've come in for oil changes, tire rotations or just to see what new parts have come in I'm greeted by first name with a smile by him. I was just there Monday to have my new soft doors placed on my jeep, while there John Loucks assisted me without hesitation with switching the doors over. He even went as far as staying over 30 minutes after the shop area closed to help me. I would highly recommend Adams Jeep service department for all your jeep needs. I can say that I have been a repeat customer there either in sales or service for the past 5 years with no intentions of leaving. Thanks John for making my birthday great!!! More

Horrible service department Purchased a used vehicle, within two weeks had to bring vehicle back for major repair. Service dept had my vehicle for OVER a month. They kept giving me a run around and lame excuses as to why it was taking so long. They did nothing to try and compensate me for the trouble. Now not even a year later my vehicle needs another major repair. Adams has had my vehicle for almost two weeks again now and still no answer as to what they plan on doing. Also be cautious when purchasing after market warranty with them, every time they try to pawn it off as driver error and warranty does not cover my problems, but yet after about two weeks they finally figure out it does in fact cover the problem. Finally, every time you contact the service dept to find out status of your vehicle they act like they're doing you a favor...sorry Adams I purchased YOUR after market warranty and its been over a week since I had to call you to find out whats going on. More

On Wed., Nov. 20, 2013 my fleet vehicle (2012 Chrysler 200) lost power on I-95N and was towed to Adams Jeep of Maryland. All of the service staff at Adams were courteous and highly professional. Not only did the service team address the problem (needed generator), they replace the part in kind under warranty and checked my brakes and all fluids to make sure this vehicle would be safe for travel.
