We have been buying Jeeps from Adams Jeep since 2005. Thus far, my wife and I have bought five Jeeps from Adams and our sons have bought three. Each time the experience is stellar. Though it helps that I'm a Chrysler Corporation retiree with an employee discount, our trade-in values have been very fair. I have tried other Chrysler/Jeep dealers (three are closer than Adams); and I have often been insulted as to the trade-in values of our vehicles. We take great care of our vehicles and they are all low mileage. Adams Jeep and their management team consistently treat our vehicles and us like they care . . . and I truly believe they do. BTW, John and Danny, in Adams Service Department, are truly the best also. More

After we purchased the vehicle, I had some questions, and a few minor service requests. Keith responded quickly, and referred me to the service department. John Loucks in the service department is terrific, and scheduled an appointment for me to bring my jeep in the very next day! This is a top notch, 5 star dealership with 5 star employees. More

Have been dealing with Adam's Jeep for six years.Have had all maintainence on a 2006 Liberty done at Adam's. They know Jeeps inside and out. I expect to have all maintainence done on the 2013 Wrangler we jus all maintainence on a 2006 Liberty done at Adam's. They know Jeeps inside and out. He knows his stuff and does not play games or take advantage of our business. He goes out of his way to make his customer's happy and we appreciate all the hard work he does for our family. He has made purchasing a vehicle easy and painless and makes us feel like family. I have also just recently been in for an oil change and tire rotation with the Service Team at Adams. They were so friendly (even for early Saturday Morning)and didn't take all morning for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler (also purchased from Adams with the help of Mike Gardner) to be done. Didn't buy 2008 Wrangler from Adams brought it from another dealer. Had problems with the top leaking whenever it rained. Their service department goes above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done to your satisfaction. John and Danny are fanatical when it comes to servicing your jeep. When my son was looking for his first jeep he went to Adams, traded in his Explorer and hasn't looked back since. We are customers for life. More

I just had my 2000 TJ serviced, had a lift installed and some other items fixed. My TJ is now once again AWESOME. Last week it sounded like gravel in a blender, this week it sounds like what a Jeep should some other items fixed. My TJ is now once again AWESOME. Last week it sounded like gravel in a blender, this week it sounds like what a Jeep should sound like. Plus the steering is tighter now, not loose and sloppy. I guess it just needed some TLC.
