⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John Breaux Went Above and Beyond! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing my wife’s new GX 550. From the very first conversation with John Breaux at Wests I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing my wife’s new GX 550. From the very first conversation with John Breaux at Westside Lexus, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Our entire process started over the phone, and John made it so easy from the beginning. While we were waiting for the GX 550 to arrive at the dealership, he stayed in contact with us and kept us updated along the way. We never felt like we were left wondering what was going on. He always communicated clearly and made sure we knew what to expect. John also worked with us and our lender over the phone, which made everything incredibly convenient. He was willing to help with whatever was needed and made the process feel simple rather than complicated. That meant a lot to us, especially being able to take care of so much before we even arrived at the dealership. When we finally made it to Westside Lexus, John had everything ready to go. He was organized, prepared, and took the time to walk us through everything. He never rushed us and made sure we understood the process and all the details of the vehicle. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable John was about the GX 550. He was able to answer our questions, explain the features, and help my wife feel comfortable and confident with her purchase. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants his customers to have a great experience. From beginning to end, we had zero issues with John or the dealership. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and honestly phenomenal. I would highly recommend John Breaux to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, easy to communicate with, and truly willing to go the extra mile for his customers, John is your guy. Thank you, John, for making my wife’s GX 550 purchase such a great experience. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and would absolutely work with you again! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More
