He did an outstanding job at working with me to get the car I dreamed of! Not only was he super friendly and personable, he made the process so smooth and painless. I really appreciated how he took the time to go over all the features of my new car and to help me set up all my personal settings before I drove off!! -I also need to highly recommend and thank their Financial Services Manager Sinh Pham, who went way out of his way to help me with all the paperwork! He made the whole signing process a BREEZE. Thank you Westside Lexus!!!!! More

Recent purchase I recently went in to purchase a new Lexus. I had looked online to request features that I wanted. However, another model was pushed into us and sol I recently went in to purchase a new Lexus. I had looked online to request features that I wanted. However, another model was pushed into us and sold as a better option. Now looking through features of the car, several options that I originally wanted are not available on the car that was pushed unto me. I am of the opinion that the dealership was just trying to get rid of a load of inventory to unsuspecting consumers. I regret not sticking with my original option. This is disappointing considering that this is a >40k investment. I will NOT be returning to this dealership for my future Lexus purchases ( this is my second Lexus). Buyers beware- stick with your original well researched plan! More
