Very great experience! This was my second time at this dealership. I still remember how we were treated there first time back in 2013 when we were looking into ES or IS. The se guy basically treated us like crap and refused to let us test drive the new model saying they didn’t want to put too many mileages on new cars. I was skeptical coming back here but after having a good phone conversation with John, I decided to stop by to take a look at few cars he told me on the phone. John was a great person to work with as he didn’t push or judge” at all. My husband and I came with no intention to purchase yet but we walked out with one. Overall everything was much better than I expected and I am glad that I decided to give it another try. More
