A few day later Chris calls to see if everyone was ok, as he had seen the Sean of the accident. And from that moment on, Chris and John luciano were with me every step of the way with me and help with any questions I might of had with my claim and did everything in their power to get me into a new car at a reasonable price. Had a bit of a rocky encounter the first time we visited while negotiating price, manager was a little rude and that kind of put us off,(we almost didn't come back just based in his attitude) sales went above and beyond to try and help. We really loved the car so we returned about a week later. Walked in and gave them a price we were willing to pay and they accepted. They didn't pressure us to finance as we stated we had set ours up privately before shopping. Worked with another sales man prior to purchase, who resigned before we decided on the car. Madison took over once we returned and he did a great job, and continued great service during follow up. He was quick and efficient and made sure we had the car detailed and filled up before we left. Great attitude, and was a pleasure to work with. More
