Great experience from start to finish. Manjula was my advisor and she was excellent. She answered all my questions, took me on my test drive and I never felt pressured about a sale. John Manjula was my advisor and she was excellent. She answered all my questions, took me on my test drive and I never felt pressured about a sale. John M was my BMW Genius and made sure I knew what I needed to know about my new car before I left the lot. Justin handled my paperwork and got me out of the dealership in a timely manner.
