BMW services are top notch from when I arrive through completion. Without any wait time there is an attendant that takes my car to be logged in and driven to be serviced. The entire staff is engaging, courteous, and friendly. There is an ambiance of fellowship that transcends. During service the team is communicating updates when necessary. When I have a question it is addressed in a timely manner and professionally. I requested the help of a BMW genius technician and I met John Marfoglio. His mindfulness is exceptional. He is highly versed in the technology of BMW instrumentation and I am grateful. He's very detailed but down to earth in communicating and walking me through the navigation system. More
