First we want to say THANK YOU to Blane and the entire Carman Jeep Dealership and here are just a few reasons why. From the first time I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Blane by the sal Carman Jeep Dealership and here are just a few reasons why. From the first time I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Blane by the sales manager Robert Weiss, he assured me that I was in "good hands"....that statement could have not been more true!! After talking to Blane and going over the recent events, we discussed what would be the best options for a vehicle for our family of 5 and financially. I called my husband that day after leaving and asked him to meet me at the dealership, so he could meet Blane, and discuss our options with my husband. When we left that night we were both highly impressed and ready to take the next steps. Long story short, my husband and I did go to a few "other" dealerships, yet we weren't impressed and nothing stood out to us on their lots. However we did find a vehicle from another dealership that could be brought over. The next day I immediately sent the vehicle information to Blane...while on his day off. LOL!! The following morning Blane jumped on it and by lunchtime I had received a phone call reviewing everything and asking for my husband and I to come in, which we did. After we discussed every way possible with Blane, we gave him the go ahead. The day of were scheduled to pick up the vehicle, there were a few minor obstacles that I thought would hold us up from the delivery of vehicle and my anxiety was at full speed. Ha!! Though after talking to Blane about the issues, he reassured me that we would be leaving with our vehicle that night. Just from that phone call and the amount of reassurance Blane gave, immediately put my mind at ease. After everything else was said and done; and all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed, our family did leave with keys in hand this past Monday night and became the proud new owners of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited! I know that this is a big review, yet for me I take pride in writing a review especially, when the review is more than worth it. Blane is AMAZING at what he does! He was more upfront and honest about everything with my husband and I from day one....the day that we first shook his hand;than any other salesman we have met. Blane you are a blessing and Carman Dealerships is blessed to have you! More
