He narrowed down my option I thought buying a new car would be intimidating and stressful--Boy was I wrong! Salesman John Mclean made it fun and easy! He narrowed down my options quickly, based on the models I had researched, and explained my options. He took the time to get to know my driving needs and suggested an Impreza Sport. We went for a test drive in a sparkly iced-silver car, and I took her home with me that afternoon! Basically I chatted with folks while John did all the work behind the scenes with his colleagues! He explained the car's many snazzy features, though I have a lot to learn still! The whole sales team was friendly and helpful as the process unfolded. I couldn't be happier!
