At the suggestion of my brother, I then went to see Jeff at Wilde. Although it was a long day (I don't make decisions easily), Jeff made the experience as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He was very patient throughout the transaction, and even helped me decide on a color. Jeff also assisted this technologically inept dinosaur with Bluetooth features in the car! I have been recommending Jeff to everyone I know who may be in the market for a car. Thanks again, Jeff - you rock!!! More

Our salesman, Max Kramer, was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We looked at the Highlander and two trim levels of the 2015 Sienna. Max showed us all the features, and made the exploration process fun. It turns out the Sienna XLE was the one three row vehicle without feature, room, or quality compromise for our family (nice job Toyota on the interior quality and tech upgrades for 2015). Max and John McNelis, the sales manager, made the negotiation and paperwork process go smooth and painlessly. Max even took the time to help us understand and set up all the vehicle features before we left. Thank you Max and John for a great buying experience! More

I did my home work beforehand, and their price was inline for what I expected. While I was finishing the paperwork with the Sales manager Maximilion Smith, John McNeils the sales consultant had the car prepped to take home. There were several new features on the car I chose, and John took time to review them in a very thorough manor. I came in around 7:00 PM and took the new car home the same night. I was looking for a new vehicle, however I was not looking at Toyotas and went with my boyfriend to look at Tundras which he ended up buying. Dan worked for 4 months to find the vehicle I was looking for and the transaction could not have gone smoother. That is where John came in. Dan was on vacation and John took the deal and ran with it so I could come down a week earlier than planned to pick up my new 4Runner.
