Hello! My name is John Miller. I have been working at Kenosha Subaru since August 2017. Subaru is my first job in the car business. The reason I chose Subaru is because they are the most complete brand on the market. I really enjoy working with people and trying to help make the process less stressful than it already is. I married my beautiful wife Aleah in the fall of 2015 and we have 3 terrific children. I love all things Chicago Sports!!!!! We recently purchased a new Outback at Kenosha Subaru. The store managers John and Nia were very helpful and accommodating. They were very proactive in meeting our needs and addressing some concerns my The store managers John and Nia were very helpful and accommodating. They were very proactive in meeting our needs and addressing some concerns my wife had with the vehicle amenities. Our salesman James was also very attentive to our needs as well and took the initiative to discuss with the management team without being asked to do so. Kudos to him for doing that. It truly made a difference in the vehicle satisfaction that we were looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This is our second experience purchasing a vehicle at this particular dealership, we have not been disappointed. We also utilize their service department and have been very satisfied with division as well. More

The service was good, but the online service appointment feature was useless. I ended up having to call them anyway, because nobody confirmed my appointment, even though I had an email telling me my reques feature was useless. Just bought my first Subaru and am extremely happy. In comparison to other dealerships, my experience with Subaru Kenosha was very straightforward and enjoyable. I didn't have phony and overbearing dealers trying to push me into buying a car like other dealerships. At Subaru Kenosha everyone was kind, helpful, appropriately informative and down-to-earth. Dealer, Richard Linkowski, sold me my vehicle and he was helpful, informative and reassuring without being pushy or obnoxious. John Miller assisted with the financing of my car and he was extremely helpful, kind and a such a joy to work with and he made sure that all my questions were answered. Great experience at Subaru Kenosha overall and I love my new car so much :). More
