1. facility = SPOTLESS!, obviously staff has PRIDE.2. 1. facility = SPOTLESS!, obviously staff has PRIDE. 2. was able to peruse cars outside with NO salesperson interference. 3. entered and was IMMEDIAT 1. facility = SPOTLESS!, obviously staff has PRIDE. 2. was able to peruse cars outside with NO salesperson interference. 3. entered and was IMMEDIATELY greeted & offered assistance. 4. my sales specialist, PHIL GOMEZ, was knee-deep in paperwork at his desk, STOPPED his work, STOOD UP, STEPPED from behind his desk and QUICKLY drove 2 cars I requested to main doors for my inspection. 5. negotiations were STRAIGHT FORWARD, no games, no pushiness. 6. bought EXACT car i wanted at an INCREDIBLE price!!! 7. final paperwork in FINANCE was WITHOUT GAMES, however - could have been MUCH SMOOTHER & CLEARER re: individual $$$ amounts, computations, totals, and EXPLANATIONS of same. I haven't bought a lot of new cars. But my experience with D'arcy was without any doubt the best new car buying that i have ever had. Staff is very nice and there was no pressure. I will definitely recom with D'arcy was without any doubt the best new car buying that i have ever had. Staff is very nice and there was no pressure. Great price & no BS My last car purchase was 15 years ago when all dealers played games with prices and forced their customers to haggle. Some dealers still operate that My last car purchase was 15 years ago when all dealers played games with prices and forced their customers to haggle. Some dealers still operate that way, but not D'Arcy. They had an online price for a Palisade that beat the best offer from all other dealers by more than $1000 (after haggling with the other dealers and showing them D'Arcy's price). The other dealer I was talking to tried to scare me away by saying D'Arcy will tack on items once they get me in the door. That made me nervous based on my experiences with dealers in the past. Hannah assured me over the phone and email that the price online is what I'll pay with no hidden add-ons or fees. She was right, the price I was quoted over email is the price I paid. They didn't try to pressure me with anything once I showed up. It was a pleasure working with the staff at D'Arcy and reassuring that a car dealer can operate honestly instead of using scare and pressure tactics on their customers. More
