Someone who boasted about being there 31 years and would be able to help leaving no stone unturned was the most money hungry of all and honestly helped little to none except to take my business to another dealer who actually got me in a better option with no money down and paid off my lease no questions asked with a much lower payment on my new car. Darcy is a great place to look at cars but don’t make it your only stop. Lauren Gall is still amazing and remembers each and every client. More

Buying a new car is usually never a pleasant task, let alone adding in the extra stress due to having to replace a ten month old vehicle that was totalled in an accident. But from the quick response to our initial email, to setting up an appointment on short notice, to the warm greeting as we walked in the front door and through all the many steps of the process, to when we walked out the door as the proud owners of a brand new car, we can't be any more appreciative than we are. Matt was absolutely awesome!! I first met Matt a couple months back when I came to pick up my old car that was getting serviced and he pulled up my car along with the rental right next to eachother so that months back when I came to pick up my old car that was getting serviced and he pulled up my car along with the rental right next to eachother so that we could transfer the car seat. I was very pregnant at the time and he made sure to help me because he said he would hope that someone would do that for his wife. We both remembered eachother which made it very comfortable to work with him. He was so understanding and personal. He made this the BEST experience my husband and I ever had. By the time we left my husband said he wished that Matt could be our personal car salesman for all future cars. Also would like to give a shout out to John Miniuk who introduced himself to us and was not pushy into trying to get us to buy a car. Very nice man. Zach Segreti was also great as well. He was very honest and informative. Great dealership all around!!! More
