I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department. Reaching anyone—especially John Moen—is nearly impossible, as calls consistently go unanswered and unreturned. When I finally service department. Reaching anyone—especially John Moen—is nearly impossible, as calls consistently go unanswered and unreturned. When I finally spoke with John, he clearly stated that the repairs would be covered under my warranty. Later, he attempted to charge me $1,500 for something he claimed was “not covered.” This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. Clear communication and honesty are the bare minimum I expect, especially when dealing with warranty coverage and significant costs. This needs to be addressed immediately. More

They refused to provide rental car even when I had Jeep wave program. Service is focused on maximum upsell. They have previously started work without authorization. The work to my car was done very well, my only complaint was that it took longer than initially anticipated which is not a problem but nobody reached out to tell me it would be the next day.
