The work to my car was done very well, my only complaint was that it took longer than initially anticipated which is not a problem but nobody reached out to tell me it would be the next day. It was easy to set the service department appointment online. I arrived earlier than my appointed time; nonetheless, John checked me in and got the service order started. I received text messages with up online. I arrived earlier than my appointed time; nonetheless, John checked me in and got the service order started. I received text messages with updates on my vehicle, requests for authorization, and notification that it was ready for pickup. Easy overall. I am pleased with the services. More
