I would have given five stars, but there was quite a bit of miscommunication between the dealership and extended warranty insurance company. My transmission was on backorder, which I understand was outside of miscommunication between the dealership and extended warranty insurance company. My transmission was on backorder, which I understand was outside of their control. However, once it arrived, there was confusion between the dealership and insurance about whether the transmission cooler should be replaced or just flushed. Unfortunately, I had to discover on my own that the transmission was overheating after being replaced, which made it clear the cooler still needed to be replaced. That added another week of waiting and insurance did cover the cost without question, which I truly appreciated, but the delay cost me extra time away from work as well as additional time without the use of my vehicle over the weekend. In the end, everything was taken care of properly, and I’m glad the issue was ultimately resolved the right way. More

I’m also glad you have been a customer at this dealership for the last six years and have some history built at this Frisco location. One Major detail I really appreciate Is how the service advisors at this location handle our extended warranty. It does take a couple extra days, but John Moen has demonstrated that the last multiple visits over the years. And I would say, he had earned my business back at this location Because of his quick abilities to get the approval needed from the extended warranty company. I actually thought John was my service advisor during this last major repair, Due to the fact, Christopher kite spoke and handled our vehicle in the same integrity and professionalism. I can’t say enough amazing things. I have a few more reviews to send to you all. But as a consumer and a customer for this vehicle platform, my wife and myself are greatly appreciative of getting this vehicle back on the road in a short amount of time. Also, another big thank you to the management team for working with Christopher kite and help lowering the price of a new engine for our situation. I feel like you have an All-Star team in the advisor department and they could definitely be such great regional leaders in so many different locations teaching the next generation how to communicate car repairs to the Customer and technicians in the back. All departments have to work together to make success happen every single day. And a big thank you to the technicians, unsung, heroes, and all these car repair shops. I definitely Want to recognize John Moen For earning my business back years ago repair at a time. And quite frankly, his bright personality and professionalism. I appreciate he doesn’t overpromise, but he delivers as fast as possible with the extended warranty. Also want to give a big shout out to Christopher Kite Also, demonstrating the same quality as John has done over the years. I think Christopher can be an amazing regional service advisor, training the new hires all the ins and outs Of handling the extended warranty departments and customers.
