Disappointing. 1. No loaner car when you kept mine for four days. 2. I paid $55 for Uber that Chrysler would not reimburse 3. The dealership provided no assistance 1. No loaner car when you kept mine for four days. 2. I paid $55 for Uber that Chrysler would not reimburse 3. The dealership provided no assistance for me trying to work with Chrysler customer care. 4. Alignment was performed, but the steering wheel is not centered 5. Car was not washed at pickup, even though you had several hours notice. 6. Bottom line, neither Chrysler nor this dealership puts the customer first. More
