You didn't fix my jeep the first time you had it even though I sent in videos of the issue and then said have it brought back here if it does it again. I don't usually do this, but since you asked, I brought my truck in to have them look at my side window. trim. when they got through with the inspection, my side panel next to the window was broken. Now I my truck in to have them look at my side window. trim. when they got through with the inspection, my side panel next to the window was broken. Now I know that panel was not broke when I brought it there, but the guy said it was if that piece was already broke. I would've noticed it .so I asked to speak with the manager and he came out. He was pretty nice guy. He told me to go on Amazon and get the piece and they will put it on for me .Amazon did not have the trend that goes around the window. He said he was gonna text me when he finds the parts, but I never heard from him . they quoted me over $500 to fix what I think they broke. It was just a terrible experience. I just hope and pray that I never ever have to come to your place again. because I know why I was treated that way and it is a shame. More
